Roofing & cladding specialists
Specialist industrial roofing & cladding contractors
Complete roof and wall envelope packages for main contractors, developers and end users — designed, supplied and installed by one team, on programme, anywhere in the UK.
Everything between the steel frame and the weather.
We are a specialist envelope subcontractor. Roof sheeting, wall cladding, rainscreen, flashings, gutters and the metalwork that ties them together — priced as one package, installed by one team, warranted as one system. No interfaces to argue about when it rains.
Four packages,
one contractor.
Most of our work arrives as a full envelope package under a main contractor. It can also be taken in parts — a re-sheet, a facade, a set of gutters — and it is priced the same way either way.

Detailed before anyone
gets on a roof.
Envelope packages go wrong at the junctions — the eaves, the verge, the parapet, the point where somebody else's steel meets our sheeting. We work those out at tender stage, not at 4pm on a Friday with a delivery already booked.

A roof that had
reached the end.
This one came to us stripped back to bare trusses — rotten decking, failed coverings and a live railway on the other side of the parapet. It went back on as a new insulated metal roof, sheeted and sealed, with all the edge details and safety line reinstated.

Drawings in
Send the architectural and structural drawings with the spec. If there is no spec yet, tell us the building and the budget and we will suggest one.
Take-off and quote
A measured take-off, a system schedule and a fixed price, normally within five working days. Provisional sums are called out, not buried.
Details agreed
Junction details, flashing profiles, access strategy and lift plan resolved before anything is ordered. This is where packages are won or lost.
On programme
Our own supervision on site, weekly progress against your programme, and a named contact who answers the phone from the roof.
Signed off
Snag, test, photograph and hand over with the O&M information and the manufacturer's warranty paperwork in one pack.
The buildings
we work on.
Large-span industrial buildings are the core of it, but the detailing skills carry across — a rainscreen facade on an airport terminal and a shopfront soffit on a London high street are the same discipline at different scales.

Based in Orpington.
Working UK-wide.
London and the South East is our core trading area — the dashed ring is roughly 65 km from the yard. Beyond it, we mobilise to wherever the project is. The pins are buildings we have actually worked on.

The things
estimators ask.
If yours is not here, call the number at the top of the page — you will get someone who has been on a roof, not a call centre.
Ask us directlyYes. Most of our work is delivered as a roofing and cladding package under a main contractor, from tender stage through to handover. We price from drawings, produce our own RAMS, and work to the programme and site rules you set.
We are based in Orpington and work across London and the South East as our core trading area, but we deliver projects nationwide. Recent work includes Gatwick Airport, Crawley and Leeds Bradford Airport.
That is the point of the way we are set up. One contract covers roof sheeting, wall cladding, rainscreen, flashings, gutters and the metalwork in between, so there is no interface argument when water finds its way in.
Yes. Much of our refurbishment work is on buildings that stay open — retail units, dealerships and transport buildings. We phase the work, sheet up as we go, and where the programme demands it we work nights and weekends.
We install the major manufacturers' systems — built-up membrane and metal systems, composite panels, standing seam, rainscreen cassettes and secret-fix. The specification is usually set by the design team; if it is not, we will advise on what suits the building, the exposure and the budget.
Send drawings and a specification and we will normally come back inside five working days. For refurbishment and reactive work we will get on site to survey first, because pricing a failing roof from a photograph helps nobody.
Send us the drawings.
We will send you a price.
Tender enquiries, refurbishment surveys and reactive work all go to the same place. Tell us the building, the programme and the deadline for returns.
