Overview

The roof is the easy bit.
The edges are not.

A metal roof fails at its perimeter long before it fails in the field. Ridge, verge, eaves, valley gutters, the penetration somebody added for a flue after handover — that is where water gets in, and that is where most of the design effort on our packages goes.

We take the roof off your drawings, price the system the specification asks for, and come back with the details we would rather build. On new build we are usually following the steel, which means our programme is hostage to somebody else's — so we plan the lifts, the loading-out and the access before the first bundle arrives on site.

Specified to suit the

Built-up metal

Liner, spacer system, insulation and outer sheet, built up in situ. The workhorse for large-span industrial roofs.

Composite panel

Factory-bonded insulated panels. Faster on site, fewer components, tighter thermal performance.

Standing seam

Secret-fix seamed roofs for low pitches and exposed sites, with no through-fixings in the weather line.

Single ply and hot melt

Membrane roofs on flat and low-pitch decks, including podium and inverted build-ups.
