A lot of the roofing work around Sevenoaks is pitched: period houses, outbuildings, schools and commercial premises with slate or tile roofs that have reached the end of their life. We strip and re-roof rather than patch — new underlay, battens and flashings, finished in natural slate such as Cupa Pizarras or in tile to match what is there.
Further out towards the A25 and M25 corridor there are business parks, farm and equestrian buildings and light industrial units with profiled metal roofs. For those we do strip and re-sheet, overroofing, twin skin and composite panel roofs, replacement rooflights and EPDM on flat sections, gutters and plant areas.
